To celebrate and promote the many achievements of women investigating the myriad aspects of Materials Sciences "Materials Innovations" is announcing a focus issue on “Women in Materials Sciences”, to be published in 2022.

This issue aims to celebrate the diversity of our community, in addition to the important advances being made by women in the sciences and STEM.
We are looking for top female scientists from Pakistan and around the globe to lead this issue, with their direct input on the peer-review of each submission.
The sole requirement for submission is that is a primary author or corresponding author responsible for the study reported  should be a  female researcher. Male co-authors are welcome.

This issue welcomes submissions in all topical interest areas  of the journal.
